Feel good this week
This month we are going to keep things really simple with some tips to feeling good. They are in no particular order, you don’t have to do all of these things all of the time, but just try doing a few. They help me feel in control which in turn impacts on the type of day or week I have.
- Smile and be grateful
- Don’t make assumptions about people or situations
- Pause and reflect
- Eat well, drink well
- Be kind even to unkind people
- Learn to say no when you need to
- Go an entire day without saying something unkind or criticising anyone
- Listen more, talk less
- Take time to be alone
- Admit when you have made a mistake, big or small
